Suzanne Parnell has held Reiki mastership from John Harvey Gray since 1996 and has been a Certified DreamWeaver® Facilitator since 1998. She holds a Ph.D. in Medieval Literature with specialization in palæography (study of handwritten manuscripts, in particular medieval scientific and medical manuscripts), has studied metaphysics, Eastern mysticism, alternative healing, and subtle energy for over forty years, and for the last twelve years has worked with Indigenous Elders on an integrated approach to Earth Healing with Reiki and shamanic wisdom. She teaches classes in Traditional Reiki, meditation, energy anatomy, and Earth Healing, and offers individual Reiki and DreamWeaver sessions by appointment now at StoneWind Institute in Chester, AR. She has trained several masters in different parts of the country,offers Continuing Education Hours for First and Second Degree Reiki, and is one of the founders of The Traditional Reiki Institute, Inc.
